I try to find the right balance between delivering value for the product owner and keeping the architecture flexible enough to grow. I ask questions when things don't make sense, and I'm not afraid of new technologies or new people.

I've been a consultant, a tech lead, a backend engineer at a neo-bank, and a co-founder of a small electronics company that built voice-triggered skeet launchers. Teams perform better when they enjoy being together — so I try to make the workspace relaxed and honest wherever I land.

Leading platform migration from Elixir to modern .NET on Azure.

Designing the target architecture and standing up managed Azure services — Container Apps for C# services, managed Postgres, storage accounts for files.

Self-hosted Keycloak with PKCE / OIDC for auth; Azure Service Bus for integration events between services.

All infra declared with .NET Aspire so the full stack spins up locally during development. Logging, tracing and alerting wired through built-in Azure.

Recently built a Claude review integration for GitHub PRs. Extensive unit + integration tests on every PR — more important than ever in the AI coding era.

Tech lead for a small agile team on a hybrid on-prem / Azure platform.

Owned the technical foundation and direction — kept the platform and codebase healthy so the team could ship high-quality features.

Worked closely with the PO on backlog shape and priority, and with adjacent teams to surface dependencies before they became deadline risks.

Hybrid architecture: users interact with on-prem systems, but as much logic as possible runs in a microservice backend on Azure.
